The LUDIC HEIMDALL power netfilter reliably suppresses all unwanted interference from the power system. The LUDIC HEIMDALL implements a highly efficient filter perfectly attuned to your needs.
The filter leads off all interference from both the power system and the connected devices themselves without restricting the supply. The LUDIC HEIMDALL Power netfilter is a great companion to a fine yet powerful sound.
The technical design is housed in a stout metal enclosure with a front panel of silver or black brushed aluminum, with a dampened sub chassis that reduces mechanical vibrations of the filter components caused by the 50-Hz grid frequency.
Eight high-quality power sockets are available at the top panel.
The centrally placed high-current power inlet allows for easy replacement of the supply cable – for example, LUDIC POLARIS or LUDIC AESIR.
The built-in surge suppressor protects your precious devices from voltage peaks.
An LED light located at the front-panel bottom shows the current operational status: red light is for control of the earth connection. The 2 buttons on the front : (1 and 2 ) are white illuminated buttons when they are turned ON, it indicates that the LUDIC HEIMDALL power sockets are active. The white light in the power 1 knob is on. At power knob 2 you can also see the white light in the power knob when it is on, but also also the blue light in display goes on. Note: when the rated current of the electrical equipment exceeds 15a, the over-current protection device will automatically cut off the power supply of the socket. If the power supply is restarted, please pull out the socket of the electrical equipment first and than reset the overload device.
Size of netfilter is 31cmx13cm and height is 11,5cm.
The size of the standard powercord that is included in the box is 150cm.
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this LUDIC Heimdallpower filter.
The power filter is a perfect addition to your audio or home theatre system.
The electricity we are supplied with at our homes or workplaces is not clean and there
is almost always at least some noise.
Eight high-quality power sockets are available at the top panel. The 8 european standard its plastic engineering, aviation engineering ABS (fire proof, high temperature resistant, 30% glass fiber). Compared with the Universal seat in the market, the characteristics are more qualitative breakthrough. The European standard seat is made of high-purity phosphor Bronze, and the inner copper is also made of high-purity phosphor bronze, which reduces the resistance, improves the current, and improves high-power effect! So that the filtering effect can be described as the ultimate!
Note! This unit requires a single-phase 3-conductor electrical outlet.
1. Plug the Power Cable to the filter and into the electrical outlet.
2. Turn on the filter (the Power Switch should be in the upper ON position).
The Power Indicator should light up – if not then check the connection
to the electrical outlet and whether it is powered.
3. Phase Indicator – the indicator will illuminate when the phase is incorrect.
If the Phase is incorrect perform the following steps:
a) Schuko type electrical outlet. Make sure the filter is turned off (the Power Switch is in
the down OFF position and the Power Cable is removed).
Remove the power plug from the outlet, reverse the plug by 180 degrees and put it into
the outlet.
Turn on the filter – the Phase Indicator should switch off – the Phase is correct.
b) Electrical outlet with a ground pin.
Make sure the filter is turned off (the Power Switch is in the down OFF position and the Power Cable is removed). Contact a qualified electrician to reverse wiring connection in your electrical outlet. Turn on the filter – the Phase Indicator should switch off – the Phase is correct.
Note! Due to risk of electric shock refer any changes related to electrical equipment to qualified personnel.
The Power Sockets in your filter may have additional marking related to the female contacts: L – LIVE | N – NEUTRAL.
If not then check the below figure showing the Power Sockets wiring (for the correct Phase) >-10dB (2-100MHz) noisefilter
